Refund Policy

We at VintFlea follow a no questions asked ‘Return & Refund’ policy. In case of any issues with the product, customers can write to us within 7 days of receiving the product and we would duly do the needful which would include either of the following:

• Issue a partial refund
• Issue a full refund and/or arrange a return
• Provide a replacement

Returns & Replacement

We offer our customers the choice either returning the product for a replacement or a full/partial refund. Returns for a replacement or refund are available for products that are damaged in transit (ie: before you received it), faulty out of the box, do not work properly or otherwise do not meet your expectations.

Royal Indian Vintage reserves the right to assess the eligibility of Goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) BEFORE accepting them as returned.If you are returning your product because, please Contact the VintFlea Support Team at care@vintflea.com.All Goods which a customer wants assessed for return must be accompanied by proof of purchase from VintFlea by providing a receipt or other proof of transactionWhere an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, VintFlea will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
